Planned, edited and executed Sunday sports section of the 6th largest Sunday newspaper in the U.S. Worked with 20+ writers, production staff, photo and design departments, wire services, and online unit to coordinate weekly 20-page section featuring breaking news, columns and features.

Sports project editing
Conceptualized, coordinated, edited and wrote for the Philadelphia Inquirer's "The Future of Pro Sports," a five-day, four-writer series named 5th best sports project in the United States in 2005 (Associated Press Sports Editors). The project also won second prize in the "sports story" category from the Greater Philadelphia chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists.

Special section editing Prototyped, coordinated, assigned, edited and wrote for Taking Charge, a special section on the civic leadership vacuum in Philadelphia.
